UKBA revises guidance documents for employers

24th February 2010: Applications to Tier 2 for highly skilled workers and Tier 4 for adult and child students now have to be made using new forms, marked ‘version 02/10’.

This follows publication of revised guidance and application forms for migrants under Tiers 2 and 4 of the points-based system. The application form for dependants has not changed.

The new application forms and guidance can be downloaded from the UKBA website.

The UK Border Agency has also revised its guidance documents for employers and education providers who hold sponsor licences under the points-based system.

The revised documents – one for Tier 4 sponsors and the other for sponsors under Tiers 2 and 5 are available in the Sponsor guidance section of the website. You can also download a table listing all the changes to the documents.
