Immigration Advisory Service clients must claim files by May 2012

UK Border Agency has advised all who were represented by the Immigration Advisory Service (IAS), to make sure they claim their files by 28th May 2012.

The IAS provided immigration advice to people who were dealing with the UK Border Agency. It went into administration in July 2011 and its clients' files were archived.

The archive has now been opened to allow clients to get their files back.

Information on how to claim the files can be found on the website of the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association
