The UK Border Agency says it has published `new versions of application forms for many temporary and permanent migration routes’.

The UKBA adds: `All FLR and SET applications forms, and forms for applications made in the UK under the points-based system, have been revised to reflect: the mid-year increase in application fees; the new option to pay the application fee by American Express (Amex); and additional declaration pages which will allow us to obtain the information needed to support applications made in the UK’.

Version 11/2010 of these forms should be used for all applications made from now.

The guidance notes for FLR and SET forms have also been revised, version 11/2010.
