Pay for NHS, lest you be denied reentry: UKBA to migrants

The rule to stop migrants from not paying for NHS

2nd March 2010: If you owe more than the permissible specified money to the National Health Service (NHS), chances are that you will be refused permission to enter or stay in the UK.

The UK Border Agency has clarified that the rule, applicable to the future visitors and the immigrants in the UK, is aimed at preventing the migrants from using and then not paying for the NHS healthcare services.

The immigration rules, otherwise, stop the visitors from accessing NHS services without permission, while in the UK.

The UK Immigration Minister Phil Woolas has already declared that the UK Border Agency (UKBA) is trying to and deal with this issue.
