Priority UK visa service in Malaysia extended to students

Tier 4 visa applicants applying to study at a Higher Education Institution in the UK will be eligible to use the UK Border Agency’s priority visa service in Malaysia.

The priority service is available to eligible Tier 4 applicants who pay an additional fee to have their visa application processed ahead of others.

The UK Border Agency said they aim to process all applications using the priority service within 3-4 working days of receiving them.

Meanwhile from 21st July 2012 an optional prime time service will be made available to UK visa applicants in Malaysia. For a fee of 160 Malaysian ringgits, visa applicants will be able to attend the visa application centre on a Saturday. Appointments for this service need to be made online.
