UK hangs up on booking biometric enrolment appointments for foreigners

Phone line for postal applicants in the UK have been closed for booking appointments to enroll biometric information. The move is a part of the Home Office strategy to move services online.

The UK Border Agency said: `You must now book these appointments online, except in very limited circumstances…. We have also introduced an email service to replace our biometric residence permit helpline: 0300 123 2412 and 0300 123 4699’.

You can now email at [email protected] if there is an issue with the delivery of your biometric residence permit.

Else, you can mail at [email protected]ice.gsi.gov.uk if there is an error on your biometric residence permit. You can even mail at [email protected] to report the loss or theft of a biometric residence permit.
