UKBA ‘Apply online’ service in UK unavailable from 15 February

The UK Border Agency’s 'Apply online' service for applicants in the UK will be unavailable between 18:00 on 15th February 2013 and 06:00 on 18th February 2013 while they carry out essential maintenance.

During this time, applicants in the UK will not be able to; access their customer account; submit applications; book appointments; pay for their applications online; or use our 'application form finder' tool.

If you have started and saved an application online, you will be able to access it once the service is reinstated.

The UK Border Agency discourages applicants from calling them to book an appointment. They will in fact not be able to book any appointments over the phone.

The online appointment booking service will be available on 18th February 2013.

This does not affect appointments already booked. If you already have an appointment please attend it.

'Apply online' in the UK is the only service that will be affected. Applicants outside the UK will still be able to apply online using the UK Border Agency’s Visa4UK service.
