The UK Border Agency 'Apply online' service for applicants in the UK will be unavailable between 18:00 on 22nd March 2013 and 19:00 on 23th March 2013 while they carry out essential maintenance.
During this time, applicants in the UK will not be able to: access their customer account; submit applications; book appointments; pay for their applications online; or use the UKBA’s 'application form finder' tool.
If you have started and saved an application online, you will be able to access it once the service is reinstated.
You are discouraged from telephoning the UKBA to book an appointment since they will not be able to book any appointments over the phone. The online appointment booking service will be available again on 23rd March 2013.
This does not affect appointments already booked. If you already have an appointment please attend it.
'Apply online' in the UK is the only service that will be affected. Applicants outside the UK will still be able to apply online using the UKBA’s Visa4UK service.
