Actor Paul Bhattacharjee is missing. Have you seen him?

Police are appealing for information in locating actor Paul Bhattacharjee who has been missing since Wednesday 10th July 2013.

Mr. Bhattacharjee, 53, of the Redbridge area was last seen at 18.16hrs last Wednesday as he left the Royal Court Theatre, Sloane Square, where he was appearing in a stage production.

Mr Bhattacharjee – who also uses the name Gautam Paul Bhattacharjee – texted his girlfriend at approximately 2100hrs on the same day and since then no one has heard from him.

He was captured on CCTV footage walking from the stage door area of the theatre up and external alleyway and turned left as if walking towards Sloane Square tube station.

This is totally out of character for Mr Bhattacharjee – who has appeared in numerous television and stage productions as well as films most recently in "Dirty Pretty Things", "Casino Royale" and "The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel".

Mr Bhattacharjee is an Asian male of slim build and 6ft tall with short grey hair. He was wearing light coloured trousers, a blue shirt, light coloured shoes and he had a black back pack with him.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call, the police non-emergency line on 101 or Missing People 116 000.
