Evelyn Oldfield Unit to hold Volunteer Shop in September

The Evelyn Oldfield Unit will hold a second Volunteer Shop on 3rd September 2014.

The Evelyn Oldfield Unit is an independent, membership-based, charitable organisation. The organisation aims to provide, develop and coordinate specialist aid and support services for established Refugee and Migrant Organisations in order to increase their capacity and potential for meeting the needs of their communities

If you want to be a volunteer, then visit Evelyn Oldfield Unit’s offices at 356 Holloway Road, N7 6PA on 3rd September 2014 any time between 10am and 3pm and ask for the ‘Volunteer Shop’.

You only need to stay with them for 30 minutes.

“We will take details about your skills and experience, suggest suitable volunteer opportunities for you, show you our office and you can meet our friendly team,” says Evelyn Oldfield Unit.

If you bring an Oyster print out, travel card or bus ticket, Evelyn Oldfield Unit will pay your travel costs.
