DavidsonMorris Solicitors are organising a training session for those responsible for compliance or processing immigration visas in their organisations or companies.

The event titled Free Business Immigration Lunch and Learn, will be held in London on 30th April 2014.
 

This year the government is rolling out so many changes to the immigration rules.

The Home Office has also announced that they are stepping up their compliance spot checks.
 
The event will be an opportunity to hear about the forthcoming changes to the rules.

DavidsonMorris Solicitors will take the participants through the steps to take to prepare for the audit, the questions UKBA will ask and the documents they will inspect.
 
Topics to be covered will include: New rules and roll out dates; What you need to do to ensure your PBS licence is up-to-date; Does your organisation need a Tier 5 licence; Have you actually checked the files your predecessor left for you; What to check and how to retain evidence of the Right to Work Checks; and Home Office audit.

Delegates will receive a compliance pack in which all the fine print of the law is clearly explained and have access to a team of specialists who have worked in the field of immigration law for over 18yrs.
