Next month: Italian artist Adolfo Magnelli’s exhibition “Coming True”

To runs from Friday 7th May 2010 till Thursday 13th May 2010 20th April 2010: If you are an art connoisseur, it can actually be dream come true.

An exhibition of paintings by Italian artist Adolfo Magnelli, “Coming True”, is all set to runs from Friday 7th May 2010 till Thursday 13th May 2010.

Currently living and working in Cosenza, Magnelli was born in 1965. His works have been exhibited widely throughout Italy.

In fact, his works have been described by philosopher Luca Lupo as enacting a continuous search for new forms of denunciation and struggle against a world in which the innate creativity of life has become stunted, regulated, mortified, exploited, and drained of its potency and emotive force.

Magnelli aims through his paintings to bring about this diminished state of being, while pointing towards the future potential of a new form of consciousness; towards a new reality within which the creativity of life can be reborn.

The venue is Red Gate Gallery; 209a Coldharbour Lane, London, SW9 8RU

While private view is on 7th May 2010 between 6 pm and 11 pm, the exhibition runs from Friday 7th May till Thursday 13th May.

The gallery opening hours are: Monday to Friday 11am to 6.30pm; Saturday 12.30 pm to 5.00 pm. The last day of exhibition is Thursday 13th May from 11.00am to 5.00 pm
