North Manchester Refugee Integration Forum holds public meeting

The North Manchester Refugee Integration Forum will hold a public meeting on 13th March 2013 in Manchester.

Speakers at this meeting of the Forum will include: Colin Barson, Parish Development Office, Church & Society, Church House, Manchester, on the Poverty Commission; Daniel Allman, Community Advisor, Blue Orchid, on Starting your own business; Sarah Wilkinson, Community Partnerships Manager, on The Open University in the North West; Don Flynn, Director, Migrants Rights Network, on the rights of migrants.

In addition there will be workshops on: The Family Intervention Programme, led by Nicola Bailey, Team Leader, North Area, Family Intervention Programme, Children and Families, Manchester City Council, and The Bedroom Tax and Universal Credits led by Tara Kelly, Equalities and Diversity Officer, Lisa Jenkinson, Northwards Housing.
