Check before you travel. TFL week-end 8 & 9 November

Works to improve the Tube, London Overground and DLR for weekend Saturday and Sunday 8 & 9 November 2008 07 November 2008. London Underground (LU) is undertaking a major programme of renewal as part of Transport for London’s Investment Programme. The work will be undertaken by Tube Lines and Metronet Rail.

Tube, London Overground and Docklands Light Railway improvement works will inevitably result in some disruption for passengers, but TfL is working hard to provide information and alternative travel options. The work is essential to provide for London’s growing transport needs now and into the future.
London Overground is a train service acquired by Transport for London last year.
