More than 80% of customers are satisfied with the visa service they received in Mumbai, India, UKBA’s Global Customer Survey has found.
Results for the online survey during 2011 and 2012 show the Mumbai team exceeded UKBA’s 80% threshold for customer satisfaction.
The survey shows that 95% of customers were either satisfied or very satisfied with the service they received from the UKBA.
Some 95% of customers felt that the UKBA had treated them fairly while 81% of customers whose application had been decided at the time of completing the survey were satisfied with the speed of the decision.
Ninety six percent of customers who used the UKBA website said, it was easy to find the guidance they needed and 97% of customers understood the guidance on the UKBA website.
