Tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all the people from South Africa, Lesotho or Swaziland who want to come to the UK for more than six months.
The TB test must be from a clinic approved by the Home Office. This means that a TB test from a clinic not approved by the Home Office will not be accepted.
The following are approved clinics in South Africa. There are no approved clinics in Lesotho or Swaziland so if you’re from either of these countries you must travel to South Africa to be tested.
You should contact the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) in South Africa by dialling +27 (0)12 342 2789 to book an appointment.
For details of fees and fee structure, please contact the approved clinic where you want to get screened.
