Massive increase in UK immigration and nationality application fees for 2017-18

The UK government this year announced a massive increase in the fees for settlement, residence and nationality.

The increase came into effect on 6th April 2017.

The settlement (ILR) applications were increased by 18% to £2,297 while the dependent relative applications were increased to £3,250 from £2,676.

The Entry clearance as a visitor for a period of six months or less was increased from £87 to £89.

Indefinite leave to remain was increased to £1,875 from £2,297 (an increase of £422)
